It is not therapy, advice or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional support tailored to your individual circumstances. Any decisions about your care should be made with a qualified professional.

This website is not for emergencies

This website cannot be used to obtain urgent help, and messages sent through it are not monitored continuously. If you need immediate support and are unable to keep yourself safe, please contact 999, attend your nearest A&E department, contact your GP, call the Samaritans free on 116 123, or text SHOUT to 85258 for free, confidential support available 24 hours a day.

Getting in touch

If you contact me through the enquiry form, the details you provide are used only to respond to you. Sending an enquiry does not create a therapeutic relationship; any work together begins only once we have spoken and agreed to proceed. How your information is handled is explained on the Privacy & Cookies page.

Professional standards

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), membership number 406871, and I practise in line with its Ethical Framework. If you have a concern about my practice, please raise it with me in the first instance so that I can try to put things right.
