Therapy isn't about being handed answers. It's about making room to understand yourself differently.

Who you'd be sitting with.
I'm an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and how I work is shaped as much by who I am as by my training.
People often tell me they felt at ease more quickly than they expected. I'm warm and straightforward, without distance or judgement.
I hold degrees in both Education and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and have many years' experience working with children, young people and families across educational and therapeutic settings.
My recent academic research explored the stigma surrounding masculinity and its impact on men's mental health, strengthening my understanding of the barriers many men experience when seeking support.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, loss or change, and you are welcome here whatever has brought you to therapy.
Choosing a therapist is personal, and it should feel right for you.
Working, thoughtfully, alongside you.
With me, therapy is a place to think openly, without pressure to have all the answers.
We work together to make sense of your experiences, notice the patterns beneath them, and find new ways forward.
Being integrative simply means I don't work to one fixed method. I draw on several established approaches and shape them around you, because no two people are the same.
I work with children, young people and adults, tailoring therapy to each individual's age, needs and circumstances. When working with children, this often includes creative and play-based approaches alongside conversation, used where they help a child express themselves naturally.
When working with children, I work collaboratively with parents or carers where appropriate, while also providing children with a safe and confidential therapeutic space.

My specialist interests
The areas where I bring particular experience, training and genuine dedication.
Men's Mental Health
An area of particular focus, a private space for men to speak openly, often for the first time, about stress and burnout, relationships, identity, and the expectations men so often carry in silence.
Trauma, Anxiety & Change
Integrative, trauma‑informed support through anxiety, low mood, neurodivergence and the life transitions that reshape how we see ourselves.
Children & Young People
Steady, patient support for children and young people, drawn from years working alongside them and their families.
Thoughtful expertise. Personal therapy.
I'm committed to working to the highest professional and ethical standards.
The commitments that sit quietly behind every session. My work with children and young people is supported by an Enhanced DBS, regular clinical supervision and safeguarding training.
Masculinity & men's mental health.
My academic research has explored the stigma surrounding masculinity and its impact on men's mental health, alongside experience supporting male survivors of abuse, deepening my understanding of the challenges men face in seeking support.
